I am motivated in life by constantly learning, growing, and achieving great things.
For years, I built a career that offered stability and invaluable experience. However, about 1.5 years ago, I began to wonder how I could challenge myself and venture into something completely new. The motivation to change careers and learn software development began with a deep curiosity for creating digital solutions. The world we live in is shaped by technology in ways I could have never imagined a decade ago, when I was meant to choose a career. I wish I had the wisdom to choose a career of the future, but it's never too late, and definitely not impossible now. I am learning to embrace change and shape my future.

Work that I've done for the past 1.5 years
Over the past 1.5 years, I've developed a series of projects from the ground up using HTML, CSS/Sass, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on responsive design. Each project adapts seamlessly to different devices, ensuring an optimal user experience. It is worth mentioning, that all of the below projects are a mix of course resources and guidance, and my personal input in JavaScript, or add-ons to enhance functionality in CSS. My attention to detail, commitment to accessibility, and testing across platforms highlight my ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly web applications while mastering essential front-end abilities.
Project 1
Restaurant Website
Handcrafted from scratch using modern web techniques, the Natur-Food site is designed to offer you a seamless and immersive online experience. Built with HTML, Sass, and JavaScript, every element is crafted to reflect the elegance and authenticity of the restaurant. From responsive design that works beautifully across all devices to smooth animations that guide you through the offerings, the website is built to enhance your connection with Natur-Food.

Luxury Real Estate Agency Landing Page
This is the landing page for Oasis-Lux, a fictional luxury real estate agency specializing in the sale of homes across Denmark. The page has been meticulously crafted with a strong emphasis on aesthetics and functionality, utilizing CSS Flexbox and CSS Grid as well.It is completely responsive. The layout is designed to be visually appealing and user-friendly, ensuring that visitors enjoy a seamless experience across all devices. Key sections of the page, including property listings, testimonials, and call-to-action buttons, are arranged using Flexbox and Grid to maintain a modern, organized structure that adapts beautifully to various screen sizes. Every detail, from the typography to the color palette, has been carefully chosen to reflect the elegance and exclusivity associated with luxury living. The result is a landing page that not only looks stunning but also effectively communicates the brand's commitment to quality and luxury.

Restaurant Website
The Omnifood project is a web development exercise from the course I took, "Build Responsive Real-World Websites with HTML and CSS" by Jonas Schmedtmann. The project focuses on building a fictional food delivery website, emphasizing clean design, responsive layouts, and a user-friendly experience. It was an excellent way to learn modern web development techniques, allowing me to create a production-ready website using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. This hands-on approach mirrors real-world scenarios, making it a valuable tool for honing professional web development skills.

Luxury Sofas Landing Page
This project represents a significant milestone in my web development journey. I built it using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. At the time, I applied all the knowledge I had learned up to that point. Now, with more experience, I see where improvements could be made. While I initially thought about excluding it from my portfolio, I realize it's important for potential employers to see where my journey began. The project is a fictional website for Castler-Lux, a brand that designs and builds luxury sofas to enhance the quality of life.

All-in-one booking app
Trillin is an intuitive, all-in-one booking platform designed to simplify travel planning. With a sleek and user-friendly interface, Trillin allows users to seamlessly book hotels, flights, rental cars, and tours all in one place. Though the platform is not yet functional, the thoughtfully designed UI showcases a modern layout, utilizing advanced Flexbox techniques to create a responsive and visually engaging experience. Whether you're dreaming of your next vacation or mapping out a business trip, Trillin's design makes navigating the world of travel both effortless and enjoyable.

Website for Nature Tours Company
Explore Nature Like Never Before. The website I created is for a fictional company that offers immersive nature tours. It's designed to be a full-featured website, not just a landing page, showcasing the various tours and services the company provides. I've implemented modern CSS techniques and added engaging animations to create an interactive and visually appealing experience for users. I used advanced CSS animations to make the site feel dynamic and lively. Elements such as buttons, images, and text smoothly transition, fade, or slide as you interact with them, enhancing the user experience.

Computer Numerical Control Machine Operator, Bürstadt Furniture Germany | March 2017 - August 2021
I began my career as a CNC Machine Operator at Bürstadt Furniture, operating and maintaining six automated production lines with different technical requirements. My role required a thorough understanding of the machinery's setup process to ensure accurate configuration according to production specifications. By maintaining machine efficiency, I helped improve overall production output and reduce waste, enhancing my technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple lines effectively.

In this role, I managed a variety of operational and customer service tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction. I handled customer inquiries, resolved issues promptly, and maintained strong communication with clients and internal teams. My responsibilities required flexibility, attention to detail, and teamwork to meet daily demands. I also focused on process improvements to enhance efficiency and played a key role in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinated service appointments and managing daily schedules to optimize team productivity and customer convenience

After two years of dedicated effort to enhance my English skills, I returned to my career as a CNC Operator at a forward-thinking and innovative company committed to progress. Simultaneously, I embarked on my journey in software development, which I started in April 2023, focusing on HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.
